Requirements:

• 6 or more years of experience in IT Security.
• Proficiency in creating security documentation aligned with NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Experience in applying NIST CSF for policy development.
• Experience in drafting cybersecurity governance and risk management policies.
• Experience mapping organizational processes to NIST CSF categories.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools; Visio is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assess current cybersecurity policies against NIST CSF and identify gaps.
• Develop new policies and revise existing ones to comply with NIST CSF.
• Draft policies on cybersecurity governance, risk management, and access control.
• Map processes and controls to NIST CSF categories.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure policy feasibility.
• Maintain version control and documentation of policies and procedures.
• Present reports on cybersecurity compliance and policy effectiveness.
