Starting now, full-time Production team members are hired directly into Toyota Texas – No Experience Required.

Compensation Package:

• Starting wage of $21.25 per hour (plus $.80 Rotation Premium)
• Potential wage increase every 6 months
• Bonus program with potential to payout twice per year
• 4-year grow-in pay scale

What you bring:

Preferred:

• Recent Manufacturing Experience
• Recent Physically Demanding Experience
• Consistent Work Experience

Required:

• 18 years old or older at time of application
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to Rotate Shifts every 2 Weeks (6:30 am to 3:15 pm and 6:30 pm to 3:15 am)
• Work 1-2 hours Daily and 8 hours Weekend Overtime as required
• Must be able to comprehend written standardized work documents, perform basic math, learn machine operations and visually identify defects based on set standards
• Attention to detail and commitment to following standardized work to maintain the highest level of quality standards
• Demonstrate Positive Attitude, Respect for Others and Commitment to Teamwork
• Flexible and willing to adjust to the changing needs of a fast-paced production environment

• Strong work ethic with dependable, reliable and consistent on-time attendance, every day

• Strong Commitment to follow Safety, Quality, Productivity standards, and all Toyota Policies

You will be required to perform physically demanding manufacturing duties which include but are not limited to:

• Standing and walking at least 8 hours per day
• Bend, push, pull, reach, and lift for 8-12 hours daily
• Perform repetitive work motions and fine hand manipulation/motor skills
• Moderate lifting up of 20 pounds unassisted
• Safely use air/power/vibrating tools and machinery
• Work with small vehicle components

Work Schedule

• Rotating Shifts: 6:30am-3:15pm and 6:30pm-3:15AM
• Mandatory Overtime
• Some Mandatory Saturdays
