We are seeking hard-working Production Associates to join our team. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our production line, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
Pay: $11-11.75/hr paid weekly
Schedule Options:
- 1st Shift: Varying start times (2am, 4am, 7:00pm)
- 2nd Shift: Varying start times (2pm, 4pm, 6:00pm)
- Weekend availability required, with a weekday off
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow health and safety standards rigorously to maintain a safe working environment
- Keep workstations and production floors clean and organized
- Package products carefully to prevent damage during shipping
- Adhere to company guidelines and specifications for quality assurance
- Monitor the production line, identifying and removing faulty products
- Meet production targets by working efficiently and effectively
- Report any issues or concerns to supervisors and leads promptly
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a factory setting is advantageous
- Strong motor skills and physical dexterity
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Availability for shift work with varying start times
- Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks effectively
