Resource MFG is seeking Mechanical Assemblers in Novi, MI
Shift: 1st 7am – 5 pm (4 days a week, 10-hour days) paid 30-minute lunch
Days: They alternate the weeks, one week is Mon-Thurs and the next week is Tue-Fri to offer a 4-day weekend every other week
Pay Rate: $19 an hour.
Raise of $1.00 when hired in! Making $19/hr.
Raise of $1.00 when you become an Inspector making $20/hr.
Electro/ Mechanical Assembler Responsible for assembling electro/mechanical equipment. In this role you will be required to read and interpret instructions, assemble parts and use tools to fit electronic components.
Duties & Qualifications
Hand soldering experience is desired.
Detailed small assembly experience desired.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
Ability to interpret written instruction and follow simple diagrams.
Attention to detail and ability to document each step of the assembly process according to written requirements.
Attention to detail and quality of work.
Use of hand tools and equipment such as soldering iron, torque drivers, other specialized test equipment
Work with minimal supervision individually or in team environment
Keep work area safe, orderly and clean.
Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly and effectively.
J-STD soldering skills/certification (on job training)
