We are looking for a Production Associate for a rubber compounding Manufacturer.

Position Details:

One shift currently available Monday-Friday (3rd) 10pm-7am . (Train on first shift for several weeks – 4am-12:30pm)

• Reading production order instructions to ensure compliance with customer and quality requirements.
• Clean tools and maintain organized tool boards.
• Work with others on mill line in multiple roles to refine silicone rubber compounds.
• Practice safe work habits and reporting unsafe conditions immediately.
