Pay $24 Hourly!
As a ResourceMFG Machine Operator We Offer You:

Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Machine quality: Uses gauges, calibration and measuring tools and equipment to check dimensions
- Checks accuracy of work against blueprints and specifications
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret analog, digital and Vernier gauges.
- Ensure conformance with applicable quality program standards on how to produce high-quality work with low rework and scrap. Sets-up computer-controlled machines
- Reviews standard work, job procedures and specifications for a job; Calculates where to cut or bore; Modifies programs in response to problems; Uses/defines the proper tooling for the job.
- Must be dependable, a team player, hardworking and wanting to learn a new trade and a valuable skill.
- 1-2 years CNC Machinist or related background
- Must know basic Math
