8am-4pm

Monday – Friday

$20 or depending on experience

Job Description:  Inside Sales Support / Customer Service

• Attend office duties Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm CST.
• Provide product and technical support by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries. 
• Execute data entry protocol when receiving, allocating and invoicing items. 
• Display a market understanding of our own company’s product lines as well as the competitors’.
• Maintain customer database by updating customer profiles, equipment lists and customers’ buying history.
• Prepare quotations, bids and orders based on established price lists, market understanding and customers’ buying history.
• Invoice customers in a timely manner and upon established payment terms.
• Collect and forward revenues in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot customer inquiries and complaints as well as resolve sales order and billing discrepancies.

Requirements:

• College degree preferred
• Experience with Inside Sales & Customer Support
• Previous experience in the industry a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Excel/Accounting software
• Able to communicate in written and verbal format
• References & Background check required.
