Maintenance Technician
Shift/Hours: Rotating Shifts (Monthly)
Pay Rate: $28.44 /hr
Location: Houston, TX
Experience: 1-2 years, 5 Years

Maintenance Technician Job Duties include very GOOD knowledge of:
- Electrical
- Mechanical
- Fork Lift Repair/Trouble Shoot
- Strong Electrical Background
- Welding
- Running Conduit
- PLC Trouble Shoot
- Rotating Shifts
- Mechanic – (Hydraulic Greer Boxes, Pumps..etc..)
- Utilities -such as air and hydraulics
- Ensure the correct and safe operation of equipment and machinery using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Troubleshoot and maintain engines, conveyors, electrical systems, CNC machinery, pneumatic tools, and hydraulic equipment.
- Identify faulty equipment through observation and testing metrics.
- Source replacement parts and perform repairs.
Maintenance Technician Requirements include:
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experience required
- Advanced understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and CNC equipment
- Comfortable with computers
- Capable of operating hand, power and specialized tools
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) preferred
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Advanced technical or college training a PLUS
