ResourceMFG is seeking immediate Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate for our food distribution facility in Kent, WA.

Monday – Friday| 1pm-9:30pm = $23/hour
Essential Functions:
- Rotate to all positions of distribution within department.
- Maintain timely and regular attendance.
- Able to work overtime to meet production deadlines.
- Responsible to report food safety problems to personnel.
- Other duties as needed and assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Must follow all GMPs
- 2 years’ experience driving Forklift (Recent Experience)
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Able to work on your feet for long periods (8 to 10 hours)
- Able to work in the following environment: heat, coolness, and high humidity
- Must wear steel toe boots.
Skills/Attributes:
- Must adhere to plant work standards, high quality, and productivity standard per plant requirements
- Must always understand and follow safety/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
- Consistently meets internal and external customer expectations through teamwork, respect, and willingness to help and support others.
- Treats all team members with respect and maintains positive and effective communication with peers, leadership, and customers.
- Listen to and follow instructions well.
- Demonstrates high motivation and energy in working with a sense of urgency in critical situations.
- Demon stares good time management independent supervision.
- Must be certified on the forklift operation.
