ResourceMFG is Hiring a CSR Near Tulsa, OK
1st shift Mon thru Fri 7:30am to 4:30pm
This position requires the use of specific hardware and software. The CSR will utilize computer and phone systems to accomplish their daily tasks. The CSR will use database, enterprise resource planning and warehouse management software’s. In addition, the CSR will frequently use Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.

Job Responsibilities
- Always deliver a high customer service experience to internal and external customers
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
- Carry out all customer service activities such as generating paperwork for customer work orders, responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems
- Manage and maintain all paperwork and record keeping related to orders, customer interactions or transactions, details of inquiries, complaints or comments, as well as actions taken
- Schedule shipments by calendar to ensure all loads can be shipped as planned
- Coordinate with other CSRs, Warehouse Operators, Brokers and carrier agents to accomplish shipping
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain and update procedure manual as necessary to reflect details and expectations for each account
Job Requirements
- Previous Customer Service experience required
- High school diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of SAP software
- Experience managing customer accounts, processing orders and handling
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic computer skills
- Able to multi-task
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Able to work independently
