Location: Lafayette, IN

Pay: $17.50 – $19.95 per hour

Tiers Day Night

Tier I: $17.50 $18.38

Tier II: $18.25 $19.16

Tier III: $19.00 $19.95

AM shift: 6AM – 6PM (3 days on 3 days off)

PM shift: 6PM – 6AM (3 days on 3 days off)

Job summary: The position begins in Industrial Housekeeping, however, over time you will gain knowledge and new skills to transition into an Operator role through tier movement. It’s a great opportunity of career advancement!

Primary Responsibilities and Duties of the Job:

To start housekeeping duties and stocking PPE equipment Documents work according to standards Learns and executes basic job operations within a factory environment Demonstrates basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and working with fractions Accept and support directions Maintains a neat and tidy manufacturing workstation Completes required training prior to execution of activities Reads, understands and follows the Safety and Environmental cautions Inventories, orders and stocks building supplies, PPE, and sample bottle cabinets Completes inspections and documents findings accurately Aids Evonik operators for processing tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year manufacturing experience OR related pharmaceutical experience
• Attention to details

• Strong trouble shooting and some mechanical aptitude
• Be flexible to work either Day or Night shift
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist without assistance on a routine basis
• Potentially hazardous conditions involving the use of acids, caustics, other hazardous chemicals, and potential allergens
