We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Medical Malpractice cases, particularly on the Plaintiff side, and should be available to work from the firm's office 5 days per week in Coral Gables. Job requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a paralegal, focusing significantly on Medical Malpractice cases, specifically on the Plaintiff side.
  • Proficiency in case management, legal research, and document preparation related to Medical Malpractice litigation.
  • Strong understanding of the intricacies involved in representing plaintiffs in Medical Malpractice claims.
  • Availability to work from the firm's office 5 days per week.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in case documentation and filings.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities are essential for working closely with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Florida, MA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
