```Duties```
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions in a school setting to clients using evidence-based practices
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement treatment goals and interventions
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure holistic approach
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Christian counseling, dance therapy, and behavioral health techniques
- Provide crisis management and support during emergency situations
- Collect and maintain accurate client records and documentation

```Requirements```
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or related field
- Current state licensure or certification as a mental health therapist
- Experience working with diverse populations, including pediatrics and individuals with chronic pain or PTSD
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care in a non-judgmental manner
- Proficient in data collection and documentation
