ReSOURCE is an innovative non-profit with the mission of waste reduction, job skill training and poverty relief. Its operations are largely funded through its reuse operations. The Store Lead plays a pivotal role in earning this revenue which also supports the charitable donation and training programs.

Our largest Reuse store in Williston has a robust clothing department, and we receive a high volume of clothing items daily from our donors. This has led to an exciting opportunity for someone knowledgeable about clothes; and can identify a vintage or designer item, who is also dedicated to helping combat the fast fashion crisis by keeping clothing out of landfills.

The Retail Clothing Department Lead will be knowledgeable about warehouse items, work with the retail clothing lead to create attractive displays and signs based on seasonal trends and inventory, and research and price items appropriately to support reuse and oversee the flow of priced items from the receiving bay to the sales floor. This will require communication with the Clothing Reuse Specialist regarding current acceptance guidelines and communication with the Front End Lead to ensure staff are trained on transactions related to clothing department items;. This will also require a high degree of customer service.

This is a full-time position, working 8 hour shifts, with a one weekend day requirement.
