ReSource Pro is Hiring a Remote Sr Talent M&A Project Manager

Are you a Talent concentrated Project Manager professional seeking a role focusing in on all M&A Talent-related activity and projects?
ReSource Pro is seeking a PM Professional that will lead and responsible for the project management of Talent integration activities during the M&A deal life cycle from early-stage due diligence through post-close execution.

What you need to be successful:
5-7 years’ experience in project management required.5 years’ minimum experience in Mergers & Acquisitions required.
 

This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the continental United States. 

In the role you will:

  • Work closely with the M&A team and other cross-functional global stakeholders to evaluate and advise on potential global acquisition targets, helping to identify associated Talent-related risks, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Assist advising the M&A team on possible risk mitigation approaches and associated impacts to the financial and business model of the target company.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive integration plans outlining global Talent-related tasks, timelines, and key milestones based on the due diligence results.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent leaders to smoothly transition ongoing Talent integration needs to the wider Talent team through the post-acquisition integration.
  • Act as liaison between the M&A team, other workstreams, and Talent teams.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, both onshore and offshore, including external legal counsel, to ensure project success and alignment with business goals. 

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in project management required.
  • 5 years’ minimum experience in Mergers & Acquisitions required.
  • 3 years’ experience in human resources preferred.
  • Experience working internationally preferred.
  • Knowledge of M&A lifecycle required.
  • Knowledge of Talent norms, laws, processes and procedures required.
  • Highly collaborative and builds positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Project Management & Change Management: ability to hold others accountable to project deadlines, follow-up with stakeholders, etc. and drive projects forward. Ability to usher others through the change management process.
  • Executive Presence: Ability to present to individuals at the Executive level.
 

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $75,126 - $141,798. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
