- Around 5-8 years of experience in the IT industry
- 4
- years of relevant experience in ServiceNow executing enterprise projects
- Implementation experience with ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, ITBM , Custom App development along experience in integrations
- Work in the ServiceNow Program developing innovative solutions that simplifies customer services
- Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNows capabilities and offerings.
- Proven experience as a key person leading the development and delivery of different ServiceNow product implementations
- Clienthitect and design solutions for complex business problems using ServiceNow best practices and standards
- Deliver hands-on configuration, development and integrations within different modules of ServiceNow
- Familiar with ServiceNow features of Flow designer, Integration hub, UI builder, App engine, Virtual agent, Predictive Intelligence, Process Automation and Mobile Apps
- Knowledge about different cloud service providers like Clienture, AWS, GCP and IAC provider tools like Terraform, Ansible etc
- Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
- Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
- Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios
- Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others
- Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
- Certified System Administrator
- CIS is any one of ITSM & ITOM product suite is preferred
