Job Title: SAP OTC RMA Consultant

Travel %: Candidate(s) must be located in California and ideally the Santa Clara/Bay Area. Will travel/work onsite, Monday-Thurs, around 70% of the time (at least for the first few months)

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD modules, focusing on RMA (Returns Management Authorization) processes and their integration with CRM systems.
• Conduct detailed analysis of complex business process requirements related to returns management and provide appropriate system solutions.
• Lead workshops to collect business requirements and map client business processes and objectives to SAP SD functionalities.
• Design, customize, configure, and test SAP SD modules, specifically for RMA processes, identifying gaps and developing solutions.
• Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting, investigating, analyzing, and solving software problems related to RMA processes. Implementation Consultant for Order Management or Order to Cash (OTC) process in SAP

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects, with a strong emphasis on SAP SD modules and RMA processes.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and configuring SAP SD modules, including returns management, sales documents, deliveries, billing, and invoicing.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously, with a deep understanding of high-tech industry business processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective and work effectively in a team environment.
• Results-oriented with an adaptable and resourceful attitude, capable of running and managing workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
