RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source and identify candidates for open positions through various channels including calls, Internet job boards, Internet data research, resume databases, associations, networking, and more.
- Evaluate candidates’ resumes against job requirements and qualify candidates through detailed interviews and assessing skills and technical abilities as required.
- Prepare candidate presentation to customer including standard resume formatting, interview preparation, setting rate expectation with candidate, timeline to start, debriefs, etc.
- Hire and on-board selected candidates for assignment.
- Proactively markets qualified candidates to customer requirements and profiles.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the department Director.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience recruiting for Light Industrial or Skilled Trade positions.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be proficient with personal computers and MS Office 365.
- Experience working with Bullhorn ATS is a HUGE plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility is requested and it may include Weekends, Nights, Holidays, extended shifts in order to accomplish goals and needs.
- $55,000 / yearly
