Resorts Casino Hotel is Hiring a FRONT DESK AGENT Near Atlantic, NJ

Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between hotel guests and management.
  • Responsible for providing courteous and efficient service in greeting guests, selling rooms and providing information and other guest services.
  • Maintains customer accounts and collects revenue in settlement.
  • Provides accurate, up to date information and direction concerning the hotel and its facilities to requesting guests, visitors, and phone callers.
  • Promotes positive public relations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Will train, no experience necessary.
  • Good appearance and strong written and oral communication skills
