Resort Realty is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Nags Head, NC
Resort Realty is looking for a Maintenance Technician. Must be able to climb stairs and carry ladders. Must have a positive can do attitude. Will need a clean driving record as you will be driving a company vehicle. Will be responsible for completing work orders assigned by the maintenance department in a timely manner. Should have good knowledge of basic home maintenance. Duties may include troubleshooting, small repairs, winterizations, storm prep, door lock assistance and any other tasks assigned by the maintenance department. Weekends are required.
