Resonant Sciences LLC has an immediate opening for a Microwave/RF Measurement Engineer to join our Dayton, Ohio team. The position provides an opportunity to join a fast-paced elite team whose primary mission is to support our Nation's War Fighters. The candidate for this position shall be a self-starter who can work independently, unsupervised, and with little guidance. The candidate will have an opportunity to be a member of a world-class team consisting of talented and dedicated engineers, technicians and professionals who work together to interrupt and challenge the status quo to design and develop state-of-the-art technologies.

We are looking for a Microwave/RF Measurement Engineer with experience or interest in microwave measurement and characterization of electromagnetic materials and structures. The candidate’s experience or interest would consist of (1) a theoretical understanding of electromagnetic materials and structures, (2) a practical understanding of the execution of high-quality laboratory measurements, and (3) detailed experience in the design and implementation of the relevant measurement systems and devices/materials. The primary tasks of this role will involve material measurements, antenna measurements, RCS measurements, measurement system design and implementation, program management, customer interaction and support, as well as the potential direction of supporting technical staff. You will be required to work closely with all stakeholders in various departments; therefore, strong interpersonal skills are a necessity. We expect the chosen candidate to be hands-on in our labs and production floor working with our technicians.
