Resolution Recruiting is helping our insurance carrier client to hire Construction Defect Claims and Professional Liability A&E claims Specialistis. The position requires, 7 plus years claims handling with heavy emphasis on constrution defect or profesional liability A&E.

Must Have:

• Understanding of Risk Apportionment or Risk Transfer
• Ability to maintain claims diary
• Litigation/Negotiating Skills
• Write "ROR" letters and Declining Coverage
• Work with Defense Counsel
• JD preferred

This position will report to . This is a 2 days remote position (office located in downtown Chicago - 5 minute walk from CHI Union Station. Salary commensurate with salary history, $100K-$140K. Please apply today.
