Full Time LCSW Clinical Supervisor/Therapist in Private Practice

Resolution Counseling Center is a growing private practice providing in-network, outpatient psychotherapy to children, teens, individuals and couples. We are looking for an LCSW clinical supervisor to join us and supervise up to 6 LSWs or LACs from our Recovery and Family Restoration Center.

Haven't take the LCSW Supervisor Course? No problem--we'll pay for it. If you have held your LCSW for 3 years, then you are eligible to be a supervisor. In this full-time role, you'll be a supervisor and will also carry a caseload--providing 20-22 sessions a week. Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person weekly group supervision meetings and 1-1 meetings at our Jersey City office.
• Read notes and provide documentation feedback to provisionally licensed staff
• Report to Site Director regarding any concerns about any staff members
• Provide 20 sessions to private practice clients each week
• Schedule is hybrid: in office 2 days/wk, WFH 3 days a week

Professional Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Current NJ LCSW license
• NASW-NJ approved LCSW supervisor credential or willing to take the course
• 3 years with LCSW license
• Experienced in assessment, treatment planning, long-term therapy, and crisis intervention

Preferential Consideration:

• Experience as a clinical supervisor
• Experience working with couples, families and children 8
• Advanced Training in providing clinically stimulating therapeutic supervision
• Knowledge and experience in aiding clients in recovery
• Familiar with the Family Systems lens
• Experience working with People of Color

Compensation: Starting salary is $80,000, plus health insurance, sick time, paid holidays, three weeks of PTO to start (4 weeks after 2 years), and bonuses (productivity bonus, referral bonus and semi-annual profit shares). Total comp is around $86,000 in your first year and grows year-to-year with our retention bonus and raises.
