We are currently looking for help to provide personal assistance to an adult male with a moderate intellectual disability all day Sunday and a couple of afternoons a week between 4 and 10. Pay starts at $21.00 but may increase based on experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to meal preparation, medication management, assisting with daily hygiene, and transportation to access community services and activities. The position requires patience, a flexible attitude, a willingness to stay engaged with the individual through verbal communication, and an upbeat attitude. Employees will be required to pass background checks, a drug test, become CPR certified, complete yearly TB screenings, and submit other various documents to remain eligible as per Medicaid guidelines.

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
