Mid-size national civil litigation and insurance defense firm seeking to hire a 5-12 year attorney for one of its Florida offices, who works well individually and as part of a legal team.
We are seeking an attorney with significant litigation and some trial experience in general liability insurance defense matters.
This person must have proficiency in handling civil cases through trial including taking depositions, oral argument and hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, reporting to clients, etc.
Must be able to proficiently handle appearances and assignments with minimal or no supervision.
Motivated, self-starters need only apply.
Must be currently licensed to practice law in FL, additional licensure in other States a plus.
Experience:
·Insurance Defense: 5- 12 Years’ (Preferred)
·General Liability (Required)
Education:
· Juris Doctorate (Required)
License:
· Florida Bar in Good Standing (Required)
