Post-Acute Rehab Solutions is looking for a committed Physical Therapist Area Manager 

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Full coverage of area.
  • Area manager will accept patient overflow to ensure 100% of visits are covered.

• Manage/Oversee PT, OT, PTA, COTA, ST and MSW staff in managed area.
  • Documentation training
  • SOC training/Review of SOC paperwork for compliance
  • Ensure visit timeliness.
    • Evals/SOC performed within 48 hours.

• • Documentation timeliness, ensure notes are completed within 48 hours of visit.

• Direct contact with agencies in coverage area
  • Ensure proper note compliance.
  • Maintain agency satisfaction.

• Recruitment of new agencies in coverage area. 
• Quality Assurance
  • Assist with Q/A
  • Perform weekly audits to ensure all patient care is being provided at a high level to ensure agency and insurance standards are met/maintained. 

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a physical therapist
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
• Current knowledge of treatment practices
• Drive to continually learn and grow
• Professional behavior
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Valid and current Texas PT license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
