• The consultant will also use our client's contract review resources to provide clients with contract review templates and tools to help simplify and streamline the review process.
• This position requires a general understanding of a broad range of commercial lines insurance for mid-sized to large commercial clients, and in-depth knowledge of commercial casualty insurance policies.

We will count on you for the following responsibilities:
• Review insurance requirements in contracts and provide suggested changes based on the client’s insurance program, research on best practices, and the consultant’s experience working on contract reviews for other clients.
• Prepare client-customized contract review tools and insurance requirement templates as needed to simplify and streamline the contract review process and reduce client’s contractual risk.
• Provide guidance to clients on contract review questions.
• Comply with company policy and procedures for maintaining correspondence, timekeeping, and expense reporting.
Client Service:
• Assess and respond to client’s contract review needs in a thoughtful and timely manner.
• Coordinate with colleagues throughout the network and perform research across various technology platforms as needed to address client’s needs.
• Use our client's systems to organize and track contract reviews.
• Respect and maintain client confidentiality.
What you need to have:
• At least 3-10 years of relevant experience at an insurance carrier in corporate risk management managing commercial liability insurance or law firm, including Liability commercial insurance lines, including commercial general liability, cyber liability, professional liability, umbrella, property policies
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• General knowledge of various types of ISO policy forms and endorsements
