Title: Supervisor - Massachusetts

Job Description:

Resilience Lab is looking for LICSWs, LMHCs, LMFTs, and psychologists licensed in Massachusetts to join as Supervisors, changing how therapy is practiced in the state.

As a Supervisor at Resilience Lab, you leverage our infrastructure while increasing your revenue, teaching, and learning from our clinical collective and serving clients.

This is a unique opportunity for the right clinicians with at least 3-5 years of practicing in private practice or agency leadership settings to lead in a supervisory role. If you are:

-wanting to develop your skills as a supervisor or mentor

-wanting to increase your income beyond meeting with clients one-on-one

-wanting to join a learning collective committed to improving clinical outcomes.

Our anti-racist, trauma-informed methodology was developed by our co-founder Christine Carville while supervising students and new therapists at Columbia University and at the ACT Team at Metropolitan Hospital in NYC. Her 15 years of experience as a clinician and 11 as an educator-led to the realization that the most important element of successful therapy is the relationship between a client and therapist. From those experiences, our unique methodology and supporting technology were born. In addition, our process ensures that all of our therapists are trained in multiple techniques under the close supervision of our senior clinicians. This assures all members of the Resilience team are focused on achieving measurable and enduring results for our clients both in-person and online.

For the new supervisors that join us:

-We provide all the non-clinical infrastructure (EMR system, HIPAA-compliant software, web presence and e-marketing).

-We source, select with you and hire five therapists that create the new team working with the supervisor.

-We provide the clients that are needed to fill the caseload for those 5 therapists.

Together our college of supervisors:

-Acts as an agency serving the needs of the newer therapists that we mentor, train and supervise.

-Acts as a learning community of clinicians and are building the largest group practicing and delivering evidence-based therapy based on the most diverse and complementary set of skills and backgrounds.

-We are building a brand that clients can trust when looking for the best place in NJ to find help and support.

-Our clients learn the skills they need to master to be their best possible selves.

Psychotherapist skills & requirements:

-Graduation from an accredited Masters programs

-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

-Commitment to ongoing self-care

-Entrepreneurial spirit

-At least 5 years of practice

Requirements:

-Undergo peer supervision with other Clinical Directors in order to reflect on clinicians under supervision, and to raise personal issues and professional concerns arising from work

-Keep abreast of developments in theory and research

-Network within the health professional community and other potential business areas to maintain continuity of work and client base

-Supervise the clinicians’ work and attend weekly Supervisor meetings with Executive Director & Provost - for a total of 7-10 hours per week.

Compensation:

-$4000 ($800 per month fee per supervised clinician bonus each month supervisees exceeds their monthly, net revenue target)

-Participation in Company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan

-Ability to see personal, private clients through our infrastructure as a Partner -Clinician earning 65% of each session fee
