RSI (Residential Services, Inc.) is a private, nonprofit serving the Orange County (Chapel Hill/Carrboro) communities. We are currently recruiting leaders to work as Direct Support Coordinators in our group home settings to lead, plan and organize activities for employees and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a great way to use your human services/IDD experience, provide direct support to individuals and also supervise and support the employees in the home.

Minimum requirements include:

High School Diploma or GED. At least 18 years of age. Experience in the IDD field required and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Schedules available:

1) Wed.-Sat. (Wed. 12:30-10:30pm, Thurs. 2:30-10:30pm, Fri. 12:30-9:30pm, and Sat. 8am-9pm)

2) Sun.-Wed. (Sun. 8am-9pm, Mon. 2-10pm, Tues. 2:30-9:30, Wed. 2-10:30pm)

The pay range for this position is $16.50- $18.50/hour.
