Residential Services Inc. is eagerly hiring dedicated, compassionate, and responsible Direct Support Professionals to work in our Spring Glen Retirement Community providing hands on support to our aging residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This job is entry level and a great way to gain hands on experience in the field of health care and human services!

A Direct Support Professional, or DSP, provides care and support for the individuals that reside in retirement community.
Each DSP's job varies but the ultimate goal is to help the residents grow in their independence. A DSP at RSI will :
Shifts Available :
1st shift : Mon.-Fri. 7am-3pm
2nd shift : Tues.-Sat. OR Sun.-Thurs.
3rd shift : 10pm-8am, 7pm-7 : 30am
