EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

• Able to develop innovative conceptual designs for single family homes and renovations following all the way through to accurate and detailed constructiondocuments
• Working knowledge of traditional housing styles, massing and scale
• Comfortable working with both builders and owners to conceptualize, develop and detail designs within specific construction budgets
• Experienced and productive 3D CAD user. SoftPlan is our tool of choice but Chief Architect or Revit experience is great also
• Experience with Sketch up and rendering software
• Able to work within scheduled timeframes and complete projects within budget
• Ability to thoroughly check plans, manage multiple projects concurrentlyand of course, work and play well with others
• Will consider an architectural graduate who would like a fast track to design

Pay: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
