Hotel looking for a Full Time Breakfast Attendant who responsible for set up and service of the daily complimentary breakfast for hotel guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Report to work on time and in full uniform.

Providing personalized service to all guests. Greeting, answering questions, and correcting problems for all guests with a smile and pleasant demeanor.

Taking inventory of food, beverages and supplies for each day. Ordering or purchasing food supplies.

Preparing foods such as fruit and milk machines or dispensers.

Stocking coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers.

Setting out/arranging cold food such as sweet rolls, muffins, cereal, etc, for self-service.

Preparing hot food such as breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal.

Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated.

Wiping up spills and maintaining cleanliness of all appliances and counter space throughout the morning.

Removing trash from breakfast area during and after breakfast. Taking all trash to dumpster location during cleanup.

Restocking self-service food and supplies as needed.

Washing serving equipment and returning it to storage.

All duties around preparation, set up, and service of the complimentary breakfast.

Returning reusable supplies to storage.

Date all food containers and rotate as per SOP.

Must wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with the Standards of Appearance. Includes all safety PPE.

Maintain highest standard of hygiene and appearance.

Practice safety standards at all times.

Practice sanitation standards at all times. Make sure that all perishables are being kept at the proper temperatures.

Check pars for shift use; determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set up. Note any out-of-stock items or possible shortages. Assists in keeping buffet stocked.

Associate must perform other duties as assigned, of which the associate is capable.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work long hours, without sitting.

Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, ability to multi task.

Possess the ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels.

Ability to wear proper PPE, including face masks, gloves, and any other necessary precaution equipment.
