We are currently looking to hire a Breakfast attendant for our Residence Inn Norwood.

Shift would be from 5am to approximately 12 pm. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Breakfast Attendants have an important role because they create a wonderful and positive experience for each guest every morning and ensure the highest level of service.

Breakfast Attendants are responsible for;

• Setting up and cleaning up each morning’s breakfast buffet, ensuring the buffet remains well-stocked at all times.
• Maintain the safety and appearance of the breakfast area throughout the day, and cleaning the area in preparation for the next day.
• Act as representatives of the hotel and are required to provide a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere to all guests.
• Breakfast Attendants have a physically demanding role and will be on their feet for most of their shift.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and holidays.

Typical day for a Breakfast attendant;

• Greet guests in the breakfast area in a friendly and professional manner.
• Set up the buffet with all necessary food, drinks, and supplies.
• Make coffee for the front desk lobby registration area.
• Retrieve the daily in-house guest list to predict each day’s breakfast usage.
• Set up tables and chairs according to the hotel’s brand standard.
• Continuously check that all food, drinks, and supplies are fully stocked.
• Empty the trash cans in the breakfast area before they become full.
• Continuously clean breakfast area debris.
• Maintain a clean buffet area, as well as all counters, floors, and tables.
• Clean off all used tables once guests have left in order to provide other guests with clean tables.
• After the completion of breakfast, the entire breakfast area must be clean in preparation for the next day.
• Check inventory and inform the General Manager of what items need to be ordered.
• Receive food shipments and store them in their proper places.
• Must be able to lift 50lb.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned to you.
• Must follow and complete daily checklist provided by the General Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
