- Repair or replace defective equipment parts

- Supervise and coordinate maintenance work by external contractors

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

**Requirements:**

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment

- Experience in facilities maintenance including electrical systems

- Proficiency in English for effective communication
