Your mission as a Housekeeper/Guest Room Attendant/Room Attendant is to help provide an exceptional experience to every guest who stays with us. Cleaning duties include making beds, vacuuming and mopping our guest's rooms, restocking toiletries and towels, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the hotel to ensure every guest has an amazing stay. Some Key Areas of Responsibility include:

• Clean and arrange hotel rooms following our hotel’s brand standards prior to guest arrival.
• Maintain common areas, including the hotel lobby, corridors, and public restrooms.
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries and towels, and do laundry as needed.
• Write down what rooms were cleaned, report lost and found items to the Front Desk, and any damage or repairs needed.
• Answer general questions from guests.
• Provide exceptional guest/customer service!

Requirements:

• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• At least one year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
• Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
