YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

You'll enjoy a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 9 AM and 5:30 PM.

As a Service Coordinator - Dispatch Specialist, you'll become the linchpin of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and field technicians. You'll be responsible for drafting and submitting accurate quotes for service requests, assessing and dispatching skilled technicians or subcontractors, and providing detailed status updates to keep clients informed. Your keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in managing purchase orders and negotiating rates with subcontractors. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR SERVICE COORDINATOR - DISPATCH SPECIALIST

• High school diploma, GED, or higher
• 2 years of experience in retail management, dispatching, project management, or customer service
• Willingness to work in the office
• Willingness to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekends on occasion

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Apple technology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Average typing speed of 40 WPM
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
