ResiPro is seeking a dynamic and hardworking individual to join our team as a Water and Mold Mitigation Technician. As a key member of our fast-paced environment, you'll play a crucial role in addressing water and mold-related challenges. We're looking for a team player who thrives in a collaborative setting, possesses excellent attention to detail, and is dedicated to delivering top-notch service to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to understand and use various technology platforms on a company provided iPad to manage each project.
• Preparing areas for work activities. Ex: Setting up staging areas and equipment for each project
• Communicate with team leader and other technicians to follow best practices on each project.
• Execute production processes as directed.
• Complete end-of-day and end-of-job jobsite cleanup and breakdown. Leaving each jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Work in an ‘on-call’ rotation.

Job Requirements (Including Education):

• Valid Driver's License
• Able to complete a mask fit test (no beards)
• Willing to complete necessary vaccinations associated with mold and water remediation.
• A hard working and energetic team player who works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds (occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance). Able to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights. Able to work within tight spaces (attics and crawl spaces).
• Attention to detail: Able to process detailed information effectively and consistently.
• Customer Oriented: Interacts with customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Communication: Actively listens to customers. Uses effective communication channels to keep the customer and the rest of the team informed regarding the progress of projects.
• Works well alone as well as with a team.
• Current IICRC WRT, AMRT, and ASD certifications. One year of experience in water and mold remediation.(Preferred)
