Position Purpose:

Peachtree Waste is hiring an Associate Operations Specialist. Peachtree Waste is responsible for quickly and effectively implementing and growing operations in Atlanta and other in the MSA region. Our goal is to provide best-in-class waste management services by providing timely and cost-effective disposal services through the use of state-of-the art technology.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with operations to schedule and input new customer orders.
  • Assist business development team with onboarding new customers.
  • Assist in obtaining and organizing compliance-related documentation for the Department of Transportation, Department of Natural Protection, and local municipal governments.
  • Assist accounting with invoicing and account receivables reports,.
  • Plan and coordinate team calendars.
  • Perform other administrative duties, including taking and directing phone calls and reception.
  • Perform other tasks and support other team members as necessary.

Job Requirements (Including Education):

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to work on tasks both independently as well as collaboratively as part of team
  • Related work experience preferred
  • College degree preferred
