The Facilities Coordinator serves as the point of contact for maintenance, IT, and housekeeping, collaborating closely with department heads to plan daily tasks and ensure operational efficiency. Manage communication with vendors, obtain project quotes, oversee work progress, and ensure completion according to specifications. Handle multiple projects with precision, perform various office tasks, and maintain organizational efficiency. Quickly address and resolve problems as they arise with a friendly and approachable demeanor. 
Reports to: Facilities Administrator 
Hours of Availability:
Full-time; 8am – 5:00pm; Monday – Friday (on-call weekend rotation)
Compensation: $17.00/hour (non-exempt/hourly)

  • Understanding of volunteer engagement and ability to utilize and appreciate volunteers in daily tasks. Strong work ethic and commitment to work as scheduled to include holidays and weekends as assigned. 
  • Strong listening, as well as written & verbal communication skills to execute instructions, keep others informed and exhibit professionalism. 
  • Demonstrated attention to detail/strong organizational skills to proficiently complete multiple daily assignments and special projects. 
  • ·Ambitious to exceed expectations
Job Specific Qualifications 
· Previous experience in administrative support, maintenance coordination, or similar roles is advantageous. 
· Experience in customer service, property management, maintenance or construction is beneficial. 
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel; Google Products and general computer literacy. 
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meticulous attention to detail. 
All team members may be asked to complete other duties as assigned by the leadership/management with an expectation to complete these assignments as requested. 
Physical demands essential to performing the job duties of this position (not an all-inclusive list). 
· Prolonged computer use; computer screen exposure. 
· Consistently - Communicating with others to exchange information. 
· Frequent - Moving around to accomplish a task. 
· Occasional stooping, twisting, turning, pushing, pulling, standing. lifting, bending.
· Lift up to 50 pounds; not repetitive. 
· Temperatures may vary depending on activity/events; indoor/outdoor exposure. 
· Noise levels may vary depending on activity/event and/or location.
