Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing Individual Habilitation Plans (IHP) for residents in our Department of Housing. As a QIDP, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, engage with residents and their families, and ensure the successful execution of IHP goals.
As a QIDP, you will be responsible for a range of essential duties, including but not limited to:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
As a QIDP, you will work with supervisors overseeing residents in multiple homes. Your responsibilities include training employees on IHP implementation, planning, assigning, and directing work, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

The role requires the ability to lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Clients need to be lifted and/or moved from one position to another; this is not to be done without assistance and proper safety devices.
