Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Furniture Refinisher to join our team. As a Furniture Refinisher, you will be responsible for restoring and enhancing the appearance of various furniture pieces to their original condition.
We are a small business looking to add another refinished to our team. We are a close knit team that works very well together. In this role, you can work in our designed location, or in your own space if you have that option. Travel may be required to pick up items.
Responsibilities:
- Strip, sand, and refinish furniture surfaces
- Repair scratches, dents, and other damages on furniture
- Apply stains, paints, and finishes to furniture pieces
- Inspect finished products for quality and precision
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Skills:
Required:
- Proven experience as a Furniture Refinisher or similar role
- Proficiency in using various refinishing tools and equipment
- Knowledge of different wood types and finishes
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Strong communication skills
Nice-to-have:
- Upholstery repair skills
- Creative eye for design and color coordination
