Contract IT Hardware Management (HAMPro)

Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote

Qualifications

• Hardware management experience within ServiceNow.
• 3 years experience with HAMPro, AssetTrack, dcTrack and other hardware management software.
• Experienced in Mainframe, Windows, Unix, Linux, datacenter, cloud, EC2 environments.
• Knowledge of Hardware Asset lifecycle from request to disposal.
• Knowledge of inventory process and controls including asset tagging and data cleansing.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and performance of IT Asset Management, and subsequently IT Service Management (ITSM), solutions that will effectively and efficiently support the strategic objectives and operational needs.
• Support the population and maintenance of the ServiceNow Software Hardware Management (HAM) Database.
• Provide services to the ITSM team and will be responsible for the day-to-day activities relating to hardware asset management, including procurement and onboarding documentation, asset tracking, auditing, and disposal, to ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with the rest of the ServiceNow platform team, Configuration Management team, Discovery team, ITSM team and Software Asset Management (SAM) team members on various technical integrations.
