Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
·Project setup in NCS and accounting software
·Project progress and retainage Billing (AIA Forms)
·Smartsheet: Finance task completions (i.e. order initiation, financial closeout, retainage received, etc.)
·Project reconciliations, profitability analysis (PPA) and closeout
·Weekly revenue analysis
·Project backlog reconciliation & reporting
·General Ledger duties as assigned
·Any other task assigned by supervisor
·Train and manage other team members as assigned
