Republic Nursing & Rehabilitation has an opening for an MDS Coordinator for a Skilled Nursing Facility. The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the completion of the MDS process & supporting the care planning team, conducting & documenting accurate assessments of residents, interview residents & families, communicate w/ all depts to ensure timely completion of MDS calendar. Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person - must possess good time management & organization skills & be an effective communicator. Pay based on experience. Must have valid RN license. Currently have $10,000 SIGN ON for RNs.
