Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Coordinator at Republic Elite Multifamily Interiors in Lawrenceville, GA. The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to equipment maintenance, supervision, preventive maintenance, and maintenance management.
Qualifications
- Experience in equipment maintenance and maintenance management
- Supervisory skills and ability to lead a team
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures
