Our Beverly Hills/Los Angeles location is seeking a full-time Third Party Manager.

What You'll Do

The Third Party Manager is responsible for the oversight of the third party clinical services and programs related to egg donation, surrogacy, sperm donation, and embryo donation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leadership of the staff members in the Third Party team.
• Workflow development to ensure high quality patient care and a supportive work environment.
• Participation in the development of clinical best practices that align with RPMG's vision.
• Recruit staff members, provide orientation, and plan training to ensure a positive start within RPMG culture.
• Create and maintain job descriptions for all department positions.
• Perform staff evaluations for new hires and annual employment evaluations, and track key performance indicators.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of all related Third Party, Donor, and Surrogacy programs.
• Maintain company compliance and FDA compliance standards, including renewing registration listings annually, listing new sites upon opening, and meeting with FDA inspectors during site visits.

Requirements

• Must hold current unencumbered LVN or RN license in the state of CA.
• 3 years of clinical experience in Reproductive Endocrinology.
• 1 year of Third Party reproductive experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a nursing leadership role preferred.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences preferred.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
