Our Beverly Hills/Los Angeles center is seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in patients as they arrive to our center.
• Giving patients any instructions needed as patients check in.
• Collecting insurance cards and pharmacy cards.
• Collecting any payments due as needed.
• Handling inventory and shipping medications to satellite offices.
• Ensure cleanliness and stocking/organizing the lobby area.
• Scheduling patients, answering phones, and account setup as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• 2-5 years of customer service experience strongly desired.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience Women's Health strongly preferred.
• High level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients and coworkers is required.
• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This position pays between $20 - $22 an hour, depending on experience. We offer great benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, etc.).
