Trucking Dispatcher – Philadelphia, PA (Position is based out of Philadelphia)Trucking Dispatcher.Reprise Transportation, LLC. is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented person responsible for dispatching located in Philadelphia, PA.Job Duties include but not limited to:- Work closely with plant shipping office and customer service to achieve flexible and responsive scheduling of equipment and personnel.- Scheduling drivers and assigning deliveries and equipment to maximize efficiency.- Review logs, collect bills of lading & complete all necessary paperwork as required.- Recruit and hire drivers/contractors as needed.- Control and coordinate the repair and maintenance of company trailers and equipment.- Enforce company safety guidelines, employment policies and maintain performance records for drivers and contractors.- EOEBenefits:- 100 % paid Medical for employee.
