Role: ServiceNow Consultant

Location: This is a hybrid position in North Carolina

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant who will be responsible for providing expertise in development, IT Service Management (ITSM), project management, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL processes, experience with Agile methodologies, and familiarity with ServiceNow best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with clients to achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in ServiceNow development projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide expertise in ITSM processes and best practices, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, leveraging ServiceNow APIs and web services.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions to meet their needs.
• Follow Agile methodologies to deliver projects in a collaborative manner.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on development, ITSM, project management, and integrations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development technologies, including JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues and recommend solutions.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience
