Renuity is experiencing GROWTH and seeking a talented and enthusiastic Territory Outside Sales Manager to help grow and manage our newest home improvement department, garage systems! 

The Territory Sales Manager leads a team of selling Sales Managers by providing guidance, training/mentorship, responsible for hitting/exceeding sales plan, analyzing current benchmarks and data, and building their team. A territory sales manager is knowledgeable of the company’s products and promotions and works closely with the customer and sales staff to ensure a smooth sales process. The Territory Sales Manager will have a one-team attitude and work with the operations team to ensure there is a smooth hand-off from sales to operation to deliver a world class customer experience.

Responsibilities 

• Ensuring sales teams are meeting planned sales goals/targets
• Coordinating all disciplinary action and performance improvement plans with sales teams
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results, as necessary
• Overseeing activities and performance of sales team
• Conducting ride-along with sales representatives
• Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
• Developing field Sales Managers to be able to coach and develop their sales teams
• Identify areas of improvement through performance monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensures the sales team is following the sales process in the home (i.e., measurements, photos, contract, scope of work, missing or incorrect paperwork, etc.)
• Strategically plan new hiring classes based on business needs (i.e., new markets, hitting targets, replacing underperforming talent)

Qualifications

• Strong track record of leading and developing in-home sales teams
• Commitment to high ethical standards governing professional behavior and interactions
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats, including sales presentations
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to quickly adapt to change based on business needs
• Must be able to travel within the assigned Territory weekly
• A valid driver’s license and proven safe driving record
• Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
• Prefer experience with opening new markets and launching new products
